Sun Up Wild And Wet (Wet Hopped Pale)

In this batch of our experimental Pale Ale, we used fresh picked wet hops from Julian, CA and fresh picked wild hops from Northern AZ. They created a mild citrus hop nose, backed up by a slight fruity aroma and light caramel sweetness. Its earthy hop flavor and mild malt backbone have a good, deep bitterness in the finish that lingers on the palate. With a clear golden color and white head, this brew creates beautiful lace in your glass.
