The flavor mirrors the aroma, creating an easy drinking pale malt flavor & slightly floral, citrus hop bitterness. This beer is a crystal clear, dark gold & pours with a clean off white head. Blonde ales are a wonderful gateway beer for macro beer drinkers wanting to step into the Craft beer world or for the beer geek that wants a lunch brew before finishing the rest of the work day. Bearded Blonde will pair well with lighter fare like a fish or turkey sandwich, salad or sushi but also as a palette cleanser for heavier & spicy dishes.
