e wanted this beer to literally burst with aroma, so we added a LOT of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Equinox hops late in the whirlpool for ultimate hop burst results. Dry hopping with Galaxy pushes this beer to it's aromatic limits ... passion fruit, citrus & a bit of pine in the aroma followed by a clean bitterness in the finish.
