Raw Cider. We continue our partnership with our friends at They’s Orchards with our first 100% raw cider. The apples are picked by hand and pressed into juice about 10 minutes down the road from the brewery. We bring the juice to the brewery in totes to ferment, then cool it to carbonate here at the brewery before the kegs are filled. That’s it, no additives, sulfates, flavorings or sweeteners that most commercially available ciders have. This is cider in its best, purest form. Wonderfully delicious apples turned into one wonderfully dry, crisp, tart delicious cider!
They’s Orchards is a 3rd generation family run farm since 1941. They specialize in Cortland, Mackintosh, and Spartan apples. These apples are tree ripened and hand picked. Our blend for Eastcider is 50% mackintosh and 25% of the other two respectively.
