This is our owner/brewer Rick's first Father's Day as a dad after welcoming a son last year. To celebrate Rick and all the dads we're grateful for, we've brewed Grateful Dad West Coast Pale Ale. It has a medium body with a dry finish to let the hops shine. Flavors of citrus and pine sit under the delicate floral aromas with a hint of tangerine zest. We added a soft bitterness for balance and drinkability.
