Man of Law is a citrusy, hop-forward IPA that highlights balance over extremes. It has a clear, amber appearance and creamy head. The aroma contains strong orange and pineapple notes, with a hint of resinous character. The initial citrusy hop flavor is contrasted with the caramel sweetness of the malt. At only 60 IBUs, it has a pleasant, rounded bitterness that is free from an astringent aftertaste common in many IPAs. This incredibly balanced IPA is sure to please.
