Brewed as the Official Beer for Durango's Annual Winter Festival, 2017's Intergalactic Snowdown, Dark Lager is our interpretation of a classic German Schwarzbier, ominously dark, but deceivingly light in character and body. Gentle aromas of bread, malt, chocolate and coffee form the initial presentation with just a hint of spicy hops to finish. Its body is deceptively smooth and light with a clean malty undertone and an underlying chocolate and roast character.
