Like hot peppers? We've taken one of the hottest and infused it in our Modus Hoperandi. The Carolina Reaper pepper is the current hottest pepper in the world. Averaging 1.5 million Scoville Heat Units, it is over 100 times hotter than a Jalapeno! The strong bitter character of Modus Hoperandi blends with this inferno of a pepper's heat, making a truly unique beer. Don't worry, you need not "Fear the Reaper". There is plenty of beer to cool the burn.
