A bright and citrusy single hop IPA brewed exclusively with Centennial hops. Centennial, sometimes referred to as a ‘Super Cascade’ is known for its distinct and moderately intense grapefruit characteristics. This beer showcases its variety in all its glory opening up with aromas of fresh cut citrus followed by a sweet-ish malty middle and finishing with a crisp grapefruit flavor. Brewed a bit on the stronger side to warm us up as the weather cools.
