Shannon Double IPA (DIPA) is a bigger version of our English-style IPA and is a showcase for some very tasty and aromatic hops. Along with having double the hop load of our year-round IPA, Shannon DIPA has a much higher OG, giving it a little more kick than its English-style cousin. Our DIPA gets three dry-hop sessions to give it a superior hop aroma, while maintaining balance and approachability.
