Nearly a year ago we moved to our new site just out of Matakana and our old brewhouse went abroad to a whale blubber factory in Melbourne, its new home with the Australian brewery Hop Nation.
To celebreate this first anniversary, Duncan came over from Hop Nation and we brewed an Australian Pale Ale using 100% Australian grown Galaxy and Topaz hops to give the beer a massive tropical kick. Find it from this Thursday (Australia Day!).
