There is something to be said for nostalgia, and here in San Diego, we have a rich history of red ales. This beer is our take on that history. Using traditional English crystal malts and white wheat flakes, we treated the hop profile like that of an IPA. Citrus, berry, pine, spice and herb notes are all contributed by Mosaic, Equinox, Chinook, and Centennial; a squad of some of our favorites.
