"San Diego-style" IPA features a complex fruity (tangerine, grapefruit, tropical fruit) aroma and flavor from substantial quantities of several hops being added repeatedly during the dry hopping. The primary hops include Galaxy from Australia and Amarillo from the US. The finish is crisp, dry and not somewhat bitter inviting another sample.
