destination for a full decade and this Double Dry Hopped Triple IPA is our THANK
YOU for making it possible!
Starting with a base of classic IPA malts, we then extended the boil time to FIVE
full hours to concentrate all the sugars and create richness before adding a
massive hop charge to create the perfect balance for this massive beer. It was
then carefully fermented to maintain flavor and balance. Finally it was double dry
hopped to create a full floral and citrus aroma to put a perfect bow on it.
The result is balanced and dry, finishing hop forward with a perfect blend of malt
character to back it up, just like a great day of sun and surf.
