Belgian Style Dark Strong Ale aged in California Brandy Barrels for 6 months. Inspired by the monastic brewing tradition of Belgium, Bombora is a big, heavy-hitting ale. Deep amber color leads with strong aromas and flavors of plum, raisin, and intense maltyness. Lightly hopped, for balance, Bombora is rich, complex, smooth and strong.
