Resident Saison Prestige Nectarine

BA Saison w/ Nectarines7.8% ABV25 IBU
This barrel fermented Saison saw two Saison yeast strains as well as numerous Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus cultures. The aged and matured in French Oak Chardonnay Barrels for six months. We then hand-cut two hundred pounds of organic fresh nectarines and added them to the barrels for a secondary fermentation and aged them for another two months.
