Part 2 of our historical beer series (starting with 1916 Colorado Lager) is this dry, easy drinking Irish stout, inspired by the Irish miners that came to Colorado during the gold rush in the late 1800s. Roasty, dry, slightly sweet, this beer is served in a 20oz mug to help ward off those cold winter nights after a long day working and a job well done.
