This refreshing and wet-hopped (R.A.W.) brew is unfiltered with the nice clean aroma/taste you expect in a lager. The yeast strain combines good flocculation characteristics with low sulfur and low temperature (54F). Cascade hops are used to showcase floral, citrus and grapefruit aromatic properties. The water profile is balanced so the single 2-row malt and single cascade hop flavors show through, a clean, crisp, and refreshing strong lager. Enjoy Fresh!
