This sour rye saison has a complex lactic acid tartness that overlays a fruity, spicy saison yeast character and a distinct melon and apricot fruitiness coming from Australian Summer hops while an underlying rye and soft pilsner malt base keeps the finish exceptionally clean without any bitterness.
