Arcanum is our beastly, pale German Weizenbock that clocks in at a mean 7.8% ABV. Hefty and malty, but far from cloying, this Weissbier was brewed to Bock strength thanks to a plethora of German Munich and Vienna malts. White wheat makes up a majority of the grist giving this beer a soft, bready, somewhat chewy body which allows the clean banana, citrus, and clove yeast esters to balance an already dangerously easy drinking German classic. It’s no secret—this beer screams Winter in Bavaria.
