Guava & Grapefruit Broadacres… Bright acidity highlights the tropical fruit & citrus notes and effervescence; double fruit additions of Pink Guava & Grapefruit adds a beautiful complex mix of flavors. The guava dominates the palate, very subtle hints of grapefruit towards the end with a quenching dry finish. Cellaring over time results in a more layered sourness with increased funk. Fermented with Lactobacillus & Brettanomyces.
