For this collaboration brew, we teamed up with our friends over at Noon Whistle Brewing to cross our two NE / Midwest Style IPAs and investigate process differences between our breweries. Each brewery makes regular hazy IPAs but uses slightly different brewing and cellaring methods to get there. Soft adjunct characters, glowing hop aromas, and plenty of dart throwing ensued while we tested our brewing theories.
