Aroma: Pronounced herbal hop aroma with distinct citrus and fruity notes. A lot of complexity for a single hop variety. Earthy undertones as well. Slight toasty malt notes in the aroma hiding under the big, complex hop character.
Flavor: Toasty malt at the forefront of the palate followed by a big herbal hop flavor. Background citrus and piney notes emerge late on the palate.
Finish: Quick, clean hop bitterness at the end lets a pleasing residual hop flavor ride on top. Balanced and very pleasant.
Overall: Medium bodied beer showcasing the experimental hop variety 682
