Brewed only during the peak of hop season, Elemental
Ale uses 500 pounds of freshly picked “wet”
Willamette hops from Goshie Farms inSilverton
Oregon. In order to put such a large amount of hops
into this beer, the entire mash tun isused as a hop
back! Left unfiltered to showcase asmuch hop
character as possible, Elemental Willamette Fresh Hop
Ale features an emphatically earthy, floral, herbal and
grassy aroma with a firm malt backbone and an
assertive, snappy hop finish. Produced with one malt,
one hop variety, one yeaststrain and pure coastal
water, this is truly an elemental beer!
