Much like those cannons, this beer bursts with fresh hop aroma and flavor, and at less than 6% this beer is meant to be enjoyed while it lasts. Drink up the Harvest! Fresh for us means a brewer driving to the hop field during harvest, picking up hops as they are being processed, and brought to the brewery for immediate use. From vine to kettle in less than 4 hours, now that’s fresh!
