"This is where East Coast meets West Coast. Loads of Simcoe hops emblematic of West Coast styles are paired with a little Mosaic, and fermented with West Coast Style Pacman yeast. The east coast style grain bill and hopping techniques produce a very drinkable Hazy Double IPA with notes of citrus and pine.
