Our first Double IPA is ripe with candy-like fruit flavors; reminiscent of Juicy Fruit and fresh honeydew. Dragonfruit and rips citrus play strong on the nose, owing to a liberal dry hop of Centennial and Cascade. Sporting a lovely caramel hue gained from crystallized malts, and a touch of classic British Maris Otter, this surprisingly-smooth Double IPA goes down easy with a soft bitterness and medium-full body.
