White in color, light to medium in body, the Woodbridge Wit is a refreshing, easy drinking beer with a slightly sweet malt flavor from the wheat. Clove like spiciness from the Belgian yeast marries with the citrus and sweet spiciness of the dried orange & ground coriander added to the brew. It is all balanced out by just a hint of spicy, citrus flavor of the Sterling hops.
