An old German beer style. Unfiltered wheat beer with a low hop bitterness that compliments dryness and spice from a touch of coriander and the firm saltiness from our sea salt additions. Our Gose has a balancing tartness from the lactic acid during the brewing . A truly amazing summertime refresher!
