Belgian Independence Day(IPA), Light, golden amber hue, slightly hazy with a thick and persistent white head with Belgian lacing. Aroma is intensely fruity and tropical with notes of blueberry, melon, pineapple and mango with underlying grapefruit. The palate is dominated with juicy hop character with sweet ripe fruit flavors and a citrus twang. Moderate to strong bitterness and a fairly low malt flavor profile allows the hop profile to shine. A moderately, yet not cloying bitter finish. 7.5% ABV.
