Belgian Dubbel6.8% ABV15 IBU
An Abbey Dubbel, soured in the boil kettle for 5 days with lactobacillus, similar in process to a Berlinerweisse. It is then boiled to kill the lacto and fermented with Abbey Ale Yeast and tart cherry puree. It has dark fruit character and mild acidity.
