An american IPA brewed with a single malt to showcase robust hopping. Each time they brew this beer, they change the hop variety that is used. on one visit, it might be bright and citrusy. On another, it might be herbal and piney. Each batch will be the same grain bill and fermentation, but the single hop variety will be different. The focus with this beer is to showcase hop flavor and aroma with less bitterness than is normal to an IPA.
