Brewed with the intent of emulating classic NW IPA's but at a wholly crushable level; our first Session IPA utilizes Chinook, Crystal and Centennial hops throughout the boil and dry-hopping. A small amount of rolled oats helps to balance the hop profile and provide a smooth drinking experience. The classic Northwest hop profile is full of grapefruit, lime zest, pine, and resin. A perfect drinker for the spring.
