Oakshire Green Noise

We recently came together with our friends Brett Thomas from Central Oregon's Sunriver Brewing and Devin Benware and Shaun Kalis of Portland's Ruse Brewing to formulate a recipe based around our mutual love of making hazy, hoppy and strong beer. Brewed here in Eugene, we formulated the recipe with a large percentage of rolled and malted oats to provide an insanely silky and pillowy mouth feel. The beer was then hopped in the kettle with Mosaic hop oil. We dry-hopped the beer with a mixture of Mosaic hops pellets, Mosaic Cryo pellets and a combination of El Dorado and Simcoe to round out the beer.
