Brewed with a multitude of dark roasted malt, rolled oats and milk sugar providing a full body and mouth feel. Raw cocoa nibs and dark chocolate wafers provide the silky smooth chocolate flavor reminiscent of a Cafe Mocha. After fermentation was done a combination of sweet and bitter orange peel was added to the tank along with real orange juice. Finally the beer was conditioned with cold-water extract made with Columbian Asotbilbao beans roasted by our Friends at Slightly Coffee Roasters. What transpired is a multi sensory drinking experience that induces bright citrus, decedent chocolate and vibrant coffee notes. A special treat for the darker days of the approaching winter.
