American Double IPA hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with Mosaic and Citra hop oil. Dry-hopped exclusively and aggressively with Simcoe hops and Simcoe Lupulin Pellets. Fermented with a uniquely expressive yeast strain that gives off aromas of tropical and stone fruits. It also provides a look that is reminiscent of orange or pineapple juice. Bright, full of tropical fruit, over-ripe mango and sticky pine needles. Insanely drinkable for a DIPA. Enjoy
