Oakshire Dinosaurs Will Die

Spinosaurus is one of the largest carnivorous dinosaurs to ever walk (or swim). Much like a crocodile; Spinosaurus lived in the water but could and would walk onto land as it pleased. As the name suggests Spinosaurus had a long pointy spine that was an extension of its vertebrae that formed a sail-like structure along its back. Its ferocity, unique look and ability to live on land or in the water make it the perfect dinosaur to continue our series.

Spinosaurus began as do most of our Dinosaurs, with a grist containing huge amounts of fluffy malted oats for that signature down feather pillowy mouthfeel. We then added an intricate series of kettle additions including Mosaic, Simcoe and El Dorado hop oil as well as Citra and Wai-iti pellets. After it headed to the fermenter we hit it with our favorite hazy yeast strain.

We then crushed the beer with a triple dry-hop of Mosaic, El Dorado and a new NW grown variety called Lotus. The result is a complex and delicious concoction or epic proportions. The nose hits with notes of orange creamsicle, overripe pineapple, and mango CBD gummies. As the distinctive hop resin rolls over and coats the inside of your mouth, ones palate is consumed by notes of satsuma oranges, tropical fruit juice and that sticky-icky chronic. The malted oats provide a beautifully round mouthfeel as the beer slides down the throat with delicious ease.
