The base for this beer was brewed to lay down into Cider Whiskey Casks. Once the barrels were filled, we pulled of the remainder of the beer for some fun projects. For this cask we combined our Imperial Porter with blackberry puree from Stahlbush Farms. The addition of the blackberries further pushes the dark fruit notes of the imperial porter, perfect for cold rainy days of winter.
