This West Coast IPA is heavily dry hopped with 4 lbs per barrel of Eureka!, Idaho7, and Ekuanot hops. That’s about double the amount of what we normally dry hop our IPA’s. These Hop varieties produce flavors of pineapple, melon, tropical fruit, and pine. The finish has an almost white wine-like quality that enhances the dank, dry finish.
