Our Belgian Pale has an initial soft, smooth malty flavor with a profile of toasty, biscuity, and light caramel notes. The Belgian yeast delivers beautiful aromas and flavors of pear, banana, apple, with a honey and a hint of spicy pepper. We use Styrian Golding, Czech Saaz, and Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops to provide a moderate perceived bitterness and dry hopped with Styrian Golding to enhance the floral bouquet-like quality.
