Our Breakfast Blonde drinks like a “Milk Stout” and is infused with Brazilian coffee, roasted by MOSTRA to achieve the perfect amount of breakfast roast. Lactose (milk sugar) is added for sweetness, resembling a taste of coffee and cream. We use Vienna and Cara-Vienne Malt to give a soft-delicate, caramel and toast quality that provide a scone-like profile.
