We took our normal Lights Out Double IPA, dropped the final Cascade addition in favor
of a final addition of 50% Simcoe/50% Mosaic and then dry hopped with Mosaic instead of Simcoe. The result is familiar but new, a beer we are proud to introduce as the first in our Brewer's Reserve lineup.
