Fruit Fly pours a bright yellow with an opaque, heavy sheen and fluffy white foam. Citrus is definitely in the forefront, as well as bright acidic acetic notes. There is also an aroma of overripe tropical fruit and a hint of other general fruitiness. Opens sour with a touch of sweetness, then ends with some bitterness, before finishing with a lingering sourness.
