Mother Road/Helton Collab - Iced Amber Lager

First of two collaborations between Helton and Mother Road Brewery. Belgian Pilsner malt along with drum roasted German Caramalt gives this beer its signature red hue along with a distinctive toffee flavor. Galena Hops will lend a slight spice and dried fruit character to the beer. German Lager yeast was used to give this beer a crisp, clean finish. We froze the finished product for a month to intensify the flavors.
