Hoppy berlinerweisse made with pluots (a fruity but tart cross between apricots and plums) and a heavy hand of Mosaic and Citra hops. The aroma is grapefruit, lemon and some grape; the taste is refreshing, tart, sour and acidic, with a lemony-citric fruit sharpness that finishes with fruity hops and pluots. It’s delicious!
