The first IPA to grace the wood of our foeder here at Monday Night Garage, this one features pilsner malt, oats, and wheat along with Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Fermented with a traditional English strain of yeast and massively dry hopped in the foeder, this beer was then packaged unfiltered resulting in a creamy mouthfeel and a ghostly haze.
