The name “Perris Sky Juice” comes from Perris Valley, a town just outside of Los Angeles. A world famous skydiving drop zone where Moa Head brewer David Nicholls spent ten days jumping in the 90s. As David explains, the beer describes Perris (the place) plus Sky Juice (the beer you drink to celebrate that you are still alive, after voluntarily throwing yourself out of a plane). Moa's 2nd West Coast IPA Challenge winner.
This American Style IPA features a mixture of popular U.S hops. This beer has the power you’d expect from the USS Nimitz and the balance & beauty of Michael Flatley river dancing on a bed of fresh Columbus, Citra, Simcoe & Amarillo hops.
