This one's all about the soft, dry malts. Hops play a background role, just enough to balance the beer.
This is not a European-style wheat beer, it uses an American ale yeast and therefore doesn't carry any of the specialty yeast flavours. This beer is for long lunches in the sunshine. Thirst-quenching and super refreshing!
