Our seasonal pumpkin ale made with 250 pounds of heirloom Cinderella pumpkins sourced from the Homestead Farms in Maryland then lightly spiced with our own house-blend of pumpkin pie spices. Fermented with the Brasserie Dupont yeast strain and very low hopped so the spiced pumpkin flavors are evident. Stingy Jack is a mythical character of Irish folklore associated with All Hallows Eve.
