Our second collaboration with our friends from Bonfire Brewing in Eagle Colorado. This Braggot was brewed with orange blossom honey from Dutch Gold and finished with a gooseberry puree. This beer starts with a subtle sweetness from the honey and finishes dry with a unique tartness from the gooseberries.
